Boiler Feed Pump

Overview:
The high-pressure boiler feed pump is used as the high-pressure boiler feed water or for other high-pressure water pump.
Uses:
Water supply and water treatment, irrigation and sewage treatment
Power plants, thermal power plant heating pipe network
Marine pump and cooling water pump
Salt from seawater, marine industrial
Pipeline pressure, the paper industry, industrial processes
Energy recovery turbine
Performance:
Flow rate (Q): 160 ~ 515 m3 / h
Head (H): 1490 ~ 2680 m
Design features:
The pump is monoshell, sectional pump with upright inlet and outlet. We tighten the bolts to connect the water inlet section ,middle part  water connection to one paragraph. The static sealing of pump's water segment, the middle section and wate outlet part is based on metal surface to seal.
Bearing and balancing devices: the support for the pump rotor is sliding bearing.  The bearings use forced lubrication. The lubricating oil is supplied by the auxiliary pump. The rotor axial thrust to balance with the balance disc. 400-180 type and 520-230 type pump are equiped with thrust bearings.
Seal: 520-230-type pump seal is floating ring seal; 400-180 type' seal is  mechanical seal ; other are  soft packing seal with cooling water.
We use replaceable shaft sleeve to protect shaft in mechanical seal part.
Transmission: the  pump is driven by a prime mover through a gear-type coupling. 520-230 type pump also has growth box. From the transmission direction, the rotation of the pump is clockwise.
